FAQ1. Q: Are you a factory or wholeseller?A: We are a joint venture company with factory, our sales office is located in Shanghai, and factory is located in Zhejiang.2. Q: Can I order a sample before placing an order?A: Yes, you can order 1 sample. And you pay the sample first, but we will refund you when you place the bulk order later.3. Q: How long would you produce a sample? A: It takes around 15days.4. Q: How can I be assured of my product's quality? A: We have QC team to inspect each producing process, and we'll send you photo as reference. Also photo references before&on loading.5. Q: What’s the MOQ and delivery time? A: The MOQ of our products is 1 pc for first sample order and 50pcs for mass order, the delivery time is 25days after deposit. 6. Q: What payment terms you usually do?A: Our payment term is usually 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment.7. Q: Can you accept customized orders? OEM or ODM orders? A: We welcome customer to provide us design idea or CAD drawing,we can discuss about it and make a sample first.8.
