Classifications of cellucotton: Silicon-less cellucotton, semi-silica cellucotton, and silicon cellucotton.A. Silicon-less cellucotton(without silicon oil, nonskid cotton): Mainly used for production of polyester wadding;B. Semi-silica cellucotton: Mainly used for bedclothes or sofa, bench hassock;C. A. 1D-25Dx 32-64: D stands for diameter of cellucotton, the larger the number, the larger the diameter. Usually, wool with diameter less than 6D is fibril with good hand-feel, and wool with diameter more than 15D is coarse fiber with good elasticity (e. G. Wool with7D and 15 D are often used in furniture factory and toy factory ).B. 28mm and 32mm are short-fiber(e. G. 7Dx 32), suitable for machine filling; 51mm and 64mm are long-fiber (e.
