It is a full auto high-speed 1+2 mask machine, whose core is ultrasonic welding technology. With the model SMF-80, it is a full-automatic mask line developed and made by Shenzhen Rison Automation Co., Ltd.

It consists of 1 mask blank making machine and 2 mask earloop welding machine. After the mask blank is output from the blank machine, it is transferred to the turnover mechanism by conveyor belt. The turnover mechanism turns the mask plate onto the conveyor belt which connects the earloop machine, then conveys the mask sheet the position over the first mask plate in the front of earloop machine, in turn under the pressure of cylinder, the mask sheet is put in the mask plate of earloop machine, which then completes the earloop welding, edge wrapping, and output a mask finish. The machine uses PLC, touch panel control, while main conveyor belt uses single-phase motor, step motor turning, therefore it is characterized by precise driving, stable control and adjustable speed.
