PRODUCT DEscriptION:
SMT is a modification of gallic acid by sulfonation and other chemical modifications. The product is free flowing brown powder. It has strong water absorption and is easy to dissolve in water. In various types of water-based mud system, is a good diluent or viscosity reducer. It can effectively reduce the viscosity and shear of the mud. In brine mud and saturated brine mud, also can maintain a certain viscosity reducing ability, anti Ca2+ pollution can reach more than 1000mg/L. At high temperature of 180~200 C, it can improve the high temperature stability of slurry and control the rheological properties of slurry at high temperature. It has good compatibility with other common mud additives. SMT is also used as a high temperature retarder and a dispersing drag reducer for cement slurry.
APPLICATION:
1., as high temperature water base mud reducer, its amount is generally about 1%;
2. used as oil cement high temperature retarder or drag reduction agent, usually dry cement weight of about 0.1~1.0%.PACKING:
25kg paper bags or PP woven bag with PE liner inside.
