This automatic production line is used to produce disposable face mask. This production line consists of a film making machine, a film turning and feeding machine, and two ear band welding machines. The equipment added in line connection and automatic transferring belt machine. This unique design increase production capacity and decreased human cost. The machine is used in Non-woven mask, smooth cloth mask, gauze mask, line mask.The whole machine is from feeding, line insertion, edge sealing. Cutting the finished products are all automated operations, and the whole process is controlled by PLC.

1. Control method: touch screen + PLC2. Famous Branded Electrical components: solenoid valve, air cylinder, touch screen + PLC, sensor, gas connector, regulating valve.3. There is capacity monitoring function on the control panel. You can check the capacity in real time, etc.4. Safety: The equipment has a ground wire and a leakage protection switch.5. The coiler can put 4 coils of material to feed the main body welding machine;6. The body piece welding machine has two functions of ultrasonic welding and cutting;7. The divider mainly feeds the cut body pieces to two ear band welding machines respectively;8. The ear band welding machine welds and cuts the ear band by ultrasonic waves, and finally the finished product is conveyed by the belt.
