Product Description
The screw conveyors transport the raw material and fish meal between the plants.
The speed of transporting raw material from material pit to production line is adjustable. Can use PLC system auto adjust the speed to match actual production requirements properly.
The screw conveyor for transporting wet material is made of SUS304 stainless steel, blade is made of SUS304stainless steel, anti corrosion, wear resistance, long working life.
The screw conveyor for transporting dry material is made of Q345 manganese steel.(cover is stainless steel)
All conveyors installation are fully closed, to greatly improve production efficiency and reduce labor intensity.
The wind-cooling conveyor can mix and cool down the fish mealin the process.
Two-layer red antirust paint in the base, two-layer blue paint in the surface (except stainless steel conveyors).
