III. Brief Introduction
Machine adopts servo control system and photoelectric positioning correcting system. It is used for the glue spraying of hard cover and inner box. It can greatly improve efficiency, save labor and make the perfect finished products at the same time. Machine with advantage of stable working and suits for gluing various inner boxes.
IV. Features by Parti. Feeding and Inspection Part
A.Adopts aluminium frame which can do one board or double-pieces board
conveniently with easy adjusting.
B.Two units sensors which adopt German Wenglor brand, photoelectric system to make
sure the accurate positioning. It will not spray if board go deflected.
C.The transmission belt uses well known brand with suction device which can make board
even and easy to operate. The belt width is 1 meter.
ii.Gluing Part

A.Adopts Longshun brand high temperature glue device with multi-pointsh heating method
to make sure the stability of gluing process.
B.The maximum glue volume can be 5L and the highest temperature is 220ºC, glue power can be adjusted easily.
C.Motor speed controlled by electronic which can ensure the stable speed.
D.Equipped with foreign well-known brand electrical components, independent PID digital display temperature control module design.
iii.Positioning Part

Adopts aluminium alloy positioning frame which can help operator put the inner box in right position easily.
iv.Pressing Part
The pressing part with simple structure, press the box tightly and save time.
The AIRTAC brand pneumatic components make the pressing part working stability.
V.Electric device

1.The above price is based on FOB Tianjin, China.
2.The enclosed pictures are just for reference, kindly please make the specification and object as the standard.
3.As for the overseas installation, the customer shall pay each installation person 50.00USD per day and bear the costs of around trip tickets, food and accommodation.
4.The fabrication period is within 35 days after the advance payment received.
5.30% advance payment paid by T/T before fabrication and 70% balance payment paid by LC before delivery.
