Product Description

    The semi-automatic KN95/N95 mask production line is mainly a semi-automatic production line developed for KN95/N95 masks making. It is composed of layer forming machine, ear loop ultrasonic welding machine, and edge pressing machine. 

    Unwind the rolls of material at the front-end, layer forming machine, two layers of non-woven fabric, two layers of melt-blown fabric, one layer of hot air cotton. 

    According to the requirements, knurling and cutting are formed twice or once, and the built-in nose bridge can be automatically worn. 

    After forming machine, will also need the ear loop welding and edge pressing machine to finish making KN95/N95 mask.
