Description:Welding flux SJ101is akind of fluoride-alkaline-type slag-serial sintered flux,mesh10-60(2.0-0.3mm).It has great capacity of sculpture removal, phosphor removal andanti-rust. The technology has good performance, easy to deslag and with fineappearance of weld, even in the narrow gap of deep slope entrance. The metalwelding seam has good plasto-toughness, with low diffusion of hydrogen and finecold and heat crack resistance.
Application:This flux is alkaline flux, which belongs to the metallurgy neutral, It hardly increaseSi and Mn on weld bead. High impact toughness at low temperature. The flux hasexcellent welding performance, excellent slag removal, and good bead appearance.With different welding wire welding avariety of low alloy structure steel, for examplepipe, boiler, pressure vessel, bridges, ship etc.Horizontal welding of oil storagetanks, ships, bridges, pressure vessels, penstocks, boilers and structural steels.
Characteristics:SJ101 assures excellent weld ability, and the welding bead appearance isbeautiful and the slag is easy to remove.The diffusible hydrogen content in deposited metal is less than 5ml/100g, so ithas very good toughness at low temperature, therefore, crack resistance isextremely high.It is suitable for submerged arc twin- wire, tandem and multi- wire welding aswell as for welding with the two- run technique.Damp flux should be re-dried at 300-350ºC for 2hours. Rust, grease andmoisture on the element should be removed before welding.Attentions:1. Flux must be re-dried at 300-350°C (572-662°F) for 2hours before welding.2. Remove all rust, scale, paint and etc., so as to obtain excellent weld material.3. In the multilayer welding, groove welding of baking welding demand low weldingcurrent and speed.4. Adding new flux regularly in order to avoid causing welding defect and bad weldingbead appearance when using flux again.
