We usually do the production based on clients design drawing, but we also can design the cold room for clients, we have mature design team.
PU Panel ProductionAfter 25 years production experiences, we now have a complete set of workflow.
Confirming detail specification with clients → Purchase material →
→ Inspect the quality first before sending to our factory → cold room panel high temperature solidification production in our factory →inspect the finished sandwich panel → packing waiting for delivery
We also accept customer or third party inspection before shippment.
We now have 10 pu sandwich panel production line, meantime, we maintain our each lines regularly, to produce the cold room panel perfectly..
We use PU panel as the main panel for cold room doors, we have swing door, hinge door, swing door, by manual or auto electric control.

Our technical will suggest the different prower for different room temperature.
As we provide complete cold room, we also supply all the accessories such as refrigerante, copper pipe, light, etc, for install the whole room
We will provide the installation guide for each room everytime, we can also send the technical support to clients country for installation if clients need.
