A: For hotel slipper,hospital slipper,SPA slipper andairline slipper,we have our own factory.For the rest hotel amenity(such as bathrobe,shower towel,tooth brush,tooth paste,cosmetic amenity,etc),we know local market very well and we have good back-ups from local suppliers and we could purchase for you.
2.Q: Where is your office and where is your factory?
A: Our office is in Yangzhou City,whereis around 3 and half hours from Shanghai City.Our factory is in Hangji town,where is the biggest manufacturing and producing base for hotel amenity.Besides,it is about 20 mintues from our office to our factory.

Firstly,,we have our own QC,from the pilot run inspection,10% - 20% DP inspection,until to 100% FRI inspection,every loops is under our supervision.
Secondly,when our QC do the inspection,we follow up Qualtiy Standard System and AQL level.
Finally,you could also send your QC or 3rd party inspector for quality check.
6.Q: How could I get the sample?
A:
1. It is our honor to receive sample requirement from you.The sample is free of charge,new customers are just expected to pay for courier cost.Andwhen you place the order later,you could deduct the courier cost from order value.
2. Regarding the courier cost,you could arrange a RPI(Remote Pick-up) serivce uponDHL,UPS,Fedex,TNT,etc. to have the sample collected or it is also OK to inform us your expressaccount(such as DHL),then you could pay the freight directly from your local carrier company.
3.For some special case,call us or send us e-mail,we could make a discussion and see how to deal with.Anyway,we'll try our best to serve for you.
