Principle
The Instant Drink Production Line include: CH wet powder mixing machine, YK swaying granulator or ZL rotray granulator, conveyor, XF fluid bed dryer or ZLG vibration bed dryer, ZS round vibration sieve ,30B grinding machine etc
For the capacity of the production line, we can produce based on customers' requirement. The capacity is 0.5-5ton/hour.Function:
CH Wet Powder Mixing Machine: it use to mix the powder and some liquid to get wet powder that use to make by the wet granules by granulator.
YK swaying granulator (ZL rotray granulator): it use to make the wet powder into 0.5-5mm wet granule.
XF fluid bed dryer (ZLG vibration bed dryer): the wet granules will sent to the dryer by conveyor , the dryer heating way have different kinds such as electrical ,steam or furance.
ZS round vibration sieve : separate different size granule and get uniform dry granule.
30B grinding machine: the separeted dry granules of no-uniform send to grinding machine and get fine powder to send stock powder side and use again.Feature:
1. Machine materials : AISISUS304 , AISISUS316L, and other material .
2. The feeding system for this machine can be by manual or screw feeder .
3. For the electrical component , we mainly use international brand such as ABB ,Siemens or Schneider.
4. Smooth running, reliable performance, easy operation.
5. Highly polished inner and outer surfaces of the machine, no dead comer, easy to clear, no cross contamination. Confining to the requirement of GMP.
