More Features&Quality ControlOur powder coatinghave totally 11 powder spray gun. Six guns are moving up and down both sides of the fence panel. Two fixed guns for the bottom rail at both sides and the other two fixed gun for the top rail at both sides. The last fun is always fixed at the position of spear top.
Crosscut testing for the powder coating.
The QC of powder coating checks the surface by light both sides. So any flaw of powder coating will be not escaped from the eye of QC.
Our QC check the powder coating thickness every position of the fence panel. Theeverage thickness of coating is more than 100um.The package is extremelyimportand for the powder coated fencing. We use heavy-duty steel frame package to well protect the good products. It will be very easy to our customers unload the pallets by forklift.
