Square Battery Top Cover Injection Port Sealing and Welding Machine

FEATURES:
1. Mainly used for sealed sealing of square battery injection port. It adopts 6-station design to realize incoming material detection, laser cleaning, automatic sealing plate, laser pre-welding and full welding.
2. Turntable structure, using imported cam splitter; robot automatically loading and unloading, docking with conveyor line
3. Laser cleaning of liquid injection port.
4. The laser head is driven by a three-axis high-precision manipulator module to ensure hardware accuracy. The high-precision algorithm and controller are used to accurately laser the excitation power and path.
5. The IPG fiber is used for continuous output of the laser to ensure the welding density and depth.
6. Adopt CCD camera, fixed clamp structure to ensure welding position; automatic detection of bad products, directional discharge
