NFSQ stirred fluid loss cell is a new smart instrument designed and engineered in strict accordance with API Standard-10 and used for testing fluid loss performance of cement slurry samples. This instrument is also designed to give alarm according to the parameters set in line with temperature, time, pressure, etc. The alarm sound can be turned off through one-button operation. Housing of the instrument is all made of stainless steel, which is more durable in use. Besides,this instrument is composed of a series of high quality components, including SIMENS PLC, EUROTHERM temperature controller, sintered filter, Japanese NKK switch, OMRON touch screen and quick coupling as well as customized thermocouple from Japan.

easily formed to block up the pipe. once broken down,
it is troublesome to get replaced.7The installation of cooling tank and cooling pump saves
users from the connection to outer water coolant and
thus improves efficiency.Connection to outer water coolant makes the water quality
and pressure uncontrollable with poor cooling performance.8With reduced possibility of low dry by the use of a
high-volume slurry cup, data accuracy and laboratory
efficiency are vastly improved.Small-volume slurry cup increases the possibility of low
dry in the case of excessive fluid loss, thus resulting in
inaccurate data.9Testing data and graph are displayed directly
and clearly on the touch screen.It is inconvenient to observe the data of temperature,
pressure and time as they are displayed through
