JW 608 Super-Weight Water Jet Loom
The JW 608 super-weight water jet loom features characteristics of good steel performance, stability of weft insertion, strong beating up force and high level of electrification.electronic let off warp and active loose warp; double post beams and short solid beating up shaft, it tightens high density of weft and solves beating problems when weaving heavy fabrics. The use of hand-control slow stop, super start-up and electronic compensation opening, effectively eliminate the drive gear problems. The use of computer optimization design realizes high speed and small load function, reducing the loom electricity consumption. And the using of a new type of U type nozzle, following the energy-saving trend of world loom technology, saves 30 percent of water, meeting the requirements of modern and future development of looms. It can weave various hydrophobic chemical fiber fabrics, weaving plain, twill, satin, small patterns and such textures of thick and heavy high-density fabric, industrial fabric etc..
