Apply Aupcontape 30 minutes before sports
Identify muscle areas that are sensitive to pain or fatigue.
Shave off body hair
Clean and dry the skin
Cut off the required tape length and round the tape corners
Anchor the end of the tape and do not stretch
Stretch the middle of the tape
Rub the tape for better adhesiveness
Remove the tape slowly and gently from skin to avoid irritation, use baby oil if necessaryCautions:
Never use Aupcontape over an open wound or as a first aid bandage.
Do not stretch too tight or it may allergy
If you sense discomfort, allergic reaction, soreness or skin irritation, discontinue use of Aupcontape immediately

A3: If the quantity is small, the cost will be high. So that's OK if you want to have a small quantity, but the price will be recalculated.
