Directions:
1.Ithasthesameusagemethodwiththesodiumalginatepastes,thereisnoneedtobechanged.
2.Putthesodiumcarbonate,sodiumbicarbonate,reservesalt-S,ureadirectlyintothecoldwaterwhichwassoftenbysodiumhexametaphosphate.Whenitisblendedandfullydissolved,Sprinkletheprintingpasteintothewater(1500r/min,60min).Theoriginalpasteismadewhilethepasteisdissolvedcompletely.
3.Placetheoriginalpasteshouldfor8-12hours,andthenstrainoverthedyeliquor,mixuniformlytouseinthescreeningmachine.Cautions:
1.Accordingtothedifferenttechniquesandfabrics,adjusttheusageproportionoftheprintingpastetouseinthescreeningmachine.
2.Aimingatthedifferenttechniquesandfabrics,adjusttheusageofauxiliaryagent.
3.Takeadvicetousetheplasticorstainlesssteelbuckettobeat,becausetheviscosityofthepastedecreaseswhenaddingmetalionCa2+,Mg2+,Fe2+,etc.
4.Usethewatertodissolvethedyeliquor(thetemperaturemustbe40oCbelow),andstrainovertheoriginalpaste.Becausetheviscosityoftheprintingpastedecreaseswhentheoriginalpasteandcolorpasteareheatedbythehotwater.
5.Thecolorpasteshouldbeusedonthatdayandnotbesuitableforstorageoverlongperiod.
