Pre-treatment With Drying Oven : Automatic degreasing,washing ( including alkaline wash acid wash ), blowing,drying and cooling,it's usually used for dedusting before process of sandblasting. the process of acid washing ,alkalic washing ,neutralizing can be designed according to the requirement s of workpiece or client.
2.Sandblasting machine: We havea variety of types for client to choose, automatic , semi-automatic ,manual and the capacity can be customized according to client's requirement. the machine equip with viewing maintenance door, dust collecting device , and sand recycle device.3.Automatic dust removal room :Use for dedusting before coating process
4. Preheating furnace :Use the heating form of direct far infrared radiationtopreheat before coating process.
5. Double-layer water-curtain room (Spray Room):Use for coating spraying, equip with spray guns of imported famousbrand ,water- curtain is used forabsorbing and cleaning the atomized paint to avoid polluting the environment and harming the health of workman.
