Bottle Conveying
This action can be completed on the customer's requirements, which is driven by an electric machine, with bottles through this area tested and divided into groups by bottle-conveying units.

Push divided bottle groups evenly to the film-winding areas driven by a synchronous machine.

Adding Films Manually
When one roll of films is used up, the new films will be fused with the original ones to be continued in service.

Oven
Oven Drive Mechanism
Sends packed products into the oven hot-air channel
Oven Structure
Electric heating tubes are installed in both sides of the oven.
An electric machine is installed on the top to drive the fan to heat the draught first and then to blow the draught to the packing bottles.
The Oven Exit
Packed products will leave the oven from here and be sent to the exterior of the machine after being cooled. Cooling Fan
Cools products just coming from the oven.
