Tubular Converyor BeltPipe conveyor belt is new type of conveying belt which uses belt carcasses (Fabric, Steel cord and etc. ) as skeleton, high elastic, high anti-abrasive and high strength rubber as working surface. They are mainly used in conveying powdery and granular materials and etc.that are pollutive to the environment. When working,the rubber belt changes its form from flat to U shape and finally to pipe shape, folding the materials and realizing the process of enclosed coneying.
Main characteristics of the belt:
1.Enclosed conveying of materials,prtecting both the materials and the environment.
2.Steep angled conveying,the conveying angle can reach 30 degrees usually.
3.Conveyin line can be arranged according to the curve of space.

CONSTRUCTION
Belt reinforcement is composed of high tension fabric and steel cord. Covered top and bottom with high quality of abrasion resistant rubber compound. During operation, the belt become gradually into type U and finally into type tubular and conveying materials under a hermitic condition.
Application:Mainlines, Overland Belts, Pit Belts, Slope Belts, Any High Abuse Application.
