What are the materials?

Our rattan furniture is woven by hand with environment-friendly PE rattan on powder-coated aluminium frame or metal structure with soft cushions and pillows. The cushions are usually replaceable and washable.

1) PE Rattan:durable and UV and weather resistant

-- Round Rattan is usually more durable than flat rattan and more expensive, 1.2mm thickness flat rattan

is more popular and most cost effective.

-- Plenty of rattan colours are available for selection.

2) Structure/framework: Top Graded and powder-coated

-- For metal structure, we use 0.8mm thick for the main structure.

-- For aluminium structure, we use 1.2mm thick for the manin structure.

These two sizes are proved in the market to be strong enough and most cost effective.

3) Cushions and pillows: water-proof and with zipper, replaceable and washable

Our common cushion thickness: 5cm, 8cm, 10cm etc.

Packing

1. Wrapped with plastic foam

2. With protections as each corner

3. Then put into woven bag and tie well

4. Advantages: Space saving and not easy to get broken.

5. Cartons are not our standard package. They are available at request.

Terms of payment

1. T/T or irrevocable letter of credit at sight;
2. 30% deposit down before production, 70% balances to be paid before factory delivery;
3. Balance paid against loading

Shipping

1. For EXW terms, Buyer shall arrange for pickup from our factory in Foshan, Guangdong.

2. For FOB terms, we arrange for delivery to the closest port in China like Huangpu Guangzhou or Yatian, Shekou, Chiwan, Shenzhen, China as per international trading norms.

3. For C&F or CIF terms, we arrange for delivery to the destination sea ports of Buyers as per international trading norms.
