Product Description

Automatic mask producing line is mainly used for automatic forming of flat masks.After the entire roll of fabric is unrolled, it is driven by rollers,and the fabric is automatically folded and wrapped.Nose bridge rolls unrolled by traction.Cut and import into the hemmed fabric,both sides are welded to seal by ultrasonic welding,and then through the ultrasonic side seal.It is cut and shaped by a cutter ; transported to the two mask ear band welding stations through an assembly line.The final mask is formed by ultrasonic welding.

Features:

1.Computer PLC programming control, high stability and low failure rate.

2.Driven by servo motor, with extremely high degree of automation, high output, stable performance, high feeding accuracy and stable product quality.

3.Photoelectric (optical fiber) detection of raw materials to avoid errors and reduce waste.

4.The main conveyor is conveyed by a single-phase motor, and the stepping motor is turned over.

5.Fully Automatically, once non woven raw material in unwinding part use up , the machine can automatically stop .
