Overview:SZG double cone vacuum dryer is a new generation drying device developed by our factory in combination with domestic similar product technology. SZG double cone vacuum has two-stage elastic coupling method of belt and chain, so the equipment runs smoothly.The specially designed tooling fully reflects the good concentricity of the two fulcrum shaft.Both the heat medium and the vacuum system use a reliable swivel rotary joint imported from USA.On this basis, we have developed SZG-A, which can be used for both stepless speed regulation and constant temperature control.

Our products are made to operate with high-temperature heat-conducting oil, medium-temperature steam and low-temperature hot water.When drying viscous materials, our factory will specially design a "shovel for mixing" mechanism or set up mixing balls in the tank.
principle:
Heat energy (such as hot water, low pressure, steam or heat transfer oil) pass into the closed interlayer, and heat is transferred to the dried material through the inner casing.
Under the power drive, the tank rotates slowly, and the materials in the tank are continuously mixed to achieve the purpose of strengthening and drying.
The material as in a vacuum state, the vapor pressure drops to make the water (solvent) on the surface of the material,evaporates when the vapor pressure drops to a saturation state, discharged and recycled by the vacuum pump in time. The water (solvent) inside the material continuously penetrates, evaporates and discharges to the surface. The three processes are continuously carried out, and the material reaches the drying purpose in a short time.
Features:
When the oil is heated, the automatic constant temperature control can be used to dry the biochemical products and mineral raw materials, the temperature can be set between 20 and 160 °C.
High thermal efficiency is more than 2 times higher than the average drying oven.
Indirect heating, the material will not be polluted and meet the requirements of "GMP". Equipment maintenance is simple, easy to clean.
Application:
It is suitable for the concentration, mixing, drying and low-temperature drying of materials, such as biochemical products, in powder, granular and fibrous materials in the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries. It is more suitable for oxidation, volatile, heat sensitive, intense stimulation, drying toxic solids and other materials that do not allow damage to the crystals.
