Inspired by Aluminum Composite Panel,WILLSTRONG®Zinc Composite Product (ZCP)is achieved by replacing aluminum skin with pre-weathered zinc sheet. ZCP is suited to theuse of outdoor applications such as external claddings, canopies, soffit, awnings, and roofs, especially when you feel insufficient with conventional building materials.Besides its aesthetic and prestigious surface aspects, ZCP is typically featured with characteristics of perfect flatness, lightweight, high rigidity, workability, long life span and self-repair imperfections and scratches. There are mainly three types of ZCP as per compostion.Type one : ZCPType two: ZCP/frType three: ZHPZinc surface is self-repairing. Leave small scratches as it stands, and a naturally produced passivation layerof zinc hydroxylcarbonate, named patina, will graduallyrepair them over time.
The passivation layerwill be produced in six months or up to two years. And it will not drop off.Dimensions

Processing and InstallationThe machining performance of ZCP is similarto Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP), it can therefore be processed with same machines and tools being used for aluminum and ACP.
