It can significantly improve the dry and wet rubbing fastness of the fibers, and is suitable for reactive dyes, direct dyes, and pigment printing fabrics. This product contains no APEO, does not affect the fabric handfeel, with high temperature and water washing resistance. It can also be used directly with cationic softener in one bath.Properties:

Method one:
1) Wash off the loose color with detergent for 2-3 minutes
2) Adjust acid to PH5, softener, dosage: 2.0~4.0g/L
Temperature :40 °C xtime: 10 minute (just dip, do not turn the machine, occasionally inch machine)
3) Adjust acid to PH5, A6 dosage: 2.0~4.0g/L
Temperature :40 °C xtime: 10 minute (just dip, do not turn the machine, occasionally inch)
4) Release water, dehydrate
Dry the clothes, after the clothes are completely dry, continue to fix the color inside the dryer at 90 °C for 5minutes (or send them to oven settingfor 130 °C for curing)
Method Two:
Put the softener clothes in the dryer and dry them. after dry, spray 50g/L A6(dilute into water first) directly into the dryer to make the clothes completely wet (estimate that adryer should be 4KG), then let the temperature Raise to 90 °C for over dry.
Note: This fixing agent is aresin. It is not fixed in the water bath process, but it is attached to your fabric. The true fixing process is in the high temperature drying process. After the high temperature (90 degrees -140 degrees) he will form afilm, then fixing process complete.Packagingand Storage:
