SJ 301 EL12 EM12K welding flux is akind of fluoride-alkaline-type slag-serial sinteredflux, mesh 10-60 meshes (2.0-3.0mm), basicity 1.6-1.8. It has great capacity ofsulphur removal, phosphor removal and anti- rust. The technology has agoodperformance, easy to deslag and with fine appearance of weld, even in the narrowgap of deep slope entrance. The metal welding seam has agood plastic -toughness,with low diffusion of hydrogen and fine cold and heat crack resistance.
Usage:The flux is fit for the submerged arc welding of low carbon steel and low alloy steel,as well as the fast single-way and double-surface welding of thin steel sheet. And itis usually used for the sumberged arc welding of liquefied gas storage tanks, gasbottles, and pipeline steel.

Cautions:1. The welding flux must be baked for 2hours at the temperature of 300-350ºC beforebuild up welding2.Some foreign substances such as rust ,grease and moisture on the weldmentshould be removed before welding.
