Polished rod stuffing box is made up of cross shell, seal gate valves, sealing pin, sealing cap, rubber packing, etc. The bottom could be connected in thread, flange, clamp. The device could reduce the wear of the polished rod, increase oil recovery.2, Stuffing Box Characteristics
- Unique misaligning feature reduces need for exact alignment with the pumping unit
- Primary packing can be changed under pressure by tightening compression bolts
-Equipped with the cone packing
-Lub Upper Gland (LUG) with grease zerkto lubricatingthe rod
-Optional Oil Reservoir Gland (ORG) and Anti-Pollution Adapter (APA)

4, Stuffing Box Cone Packing
Cone Packing is available in size for all polished rod 1-1/8", 1-1/4", 1-1/2"in set of four (3 top cone and 1 bottom cone) and five (3 top cone and 2 bottom cone).5, Stuffing Box Installation and usage
- Before installation, user shall inspect the device comprehensively and clean it.
- Pay attention to the size of polished rod is conform to the valve specifications.
- When installation, adjust seal compression force till not leak. If the force is too big, the service lift will decrease.
-Every time adjust the force, user shall adjust in tiny range.
