1. Solid wood: Kiln-dried solid rubber wood from Thailand. Other optional equivalent: Ash, Birch, Beech;
2. Panel: MDF E1 standard;
3. Wood veneer: Russian Ash or white/red oak or Walnut;
4. Stainless steel (if any): #201
5. Leather (If any): Top grain leather made in China
6. Faux leather (If any): PU or PVC leather made in China
7. Fabric: Chinese fabric at price not exceeding USD5/M.
8. Marble (If any): Marble availabe in China not exceeding USD92/SQM.
9. HPL (If any): Pricing not exceeding USD12.5/Sheet (1220*2440mm).
10. Brass (if any) will be replaced by plated S.S. 201#.
