Brief Introduction of bearing ball
ZYS has applied special technology to steel ball production,such as cold treatment, quadratic stable treatment, 100% AVIKO eddy current inspection.
The followings are our main steel ball products:
1. ZGCr15 high carbon chrome steel balls: have better performance than GCr15
2. 9Cr18, 9Cr18Mo high carbon chrome stainless steel balls: the properties and
applications of 9Cr18Mo and 9Cr18 are almost the same, but 9Cr18Mo is harder and
temper resistant after quenching.
3. Cr4Mo4V high temperature steel balls: especially for aero engine bearings and
bearings working in hightemperatures below 316ºCwith DN 2.6 x106 more or less.
4. Other steel balls with special materials.

and small protrusions.Step 3Heat treatHeating balls to ahigh temperature in furnace and quenching balls in aliquid bath.Step 4Rough grindRolling balls between the face of afixed iron plate and avery hard fire-grit grinding wheel. Then rolled the hardened ground balls between two cast iron plates.Step 5CleaningThe final production operation cleans the finished balls and adds ashiny luster.Step 6Final
InspectionBalls are gauged, visually inspected and subjected to other quality tests to insure

(3) Precision grade inspection for different types of bearings, rolling elements and bearing accessoriesinspection,vibration and clearance master transfer, bearing inspecting instruments calibration.
3. Service on metal material inspection
We undertake many physical and chemical inspections, including heat treated structure evaluation of bearing parts, the inspections on the depth and hardness of surface deteriorative layer, magnetic particle inspection, retained austenite inspection, contact fatigue life test, etc.Company Information
