1. The machine uses first-line brand ultrasonic welding machine, which has good welding effect, good stability and low failurerate;

2. The surface layer, filter cloth and bottom layer of 3-6 rolls of fabric are automatically aligned and fed, and the contour is symmetrical and ultrasonic continuous blanking. After passing through the bridge of the nose, it is conveyed to the earband for welding, and then folded and trimmed to separate the finished product and waste.

3. The left and right sides of the earband are equipped with an automatic cutting module, which realizes automatic welding by ultrasonic waves.
