This machine is used mainly for automatic disposable nonwoven face mask: the whole roll of nonwoven is driven by the roller after unwinding, and the nonwoven is automatically folded and wrapped. The nose bar is pulled and uncoiled by the whole roll, cut at the fixed length and then imported in to the wrapped non wovens and two sides are welded to seal through ultrasonic welding, anf then sealed laterally by ultrasonic and then cut and formed by the cutter.The mask is transported to the two ear loops of the mask through the assembly line for welding station, final mask forming by ultrasonic welding.
