20 feet container loading

We will track the order according to the customer's requirements and inspect the product online. At the end, there is a special person to supervise the loading. If necessary, we can send the loading picture to the customer.

1.What are the steps to place an order with us?

1) Sample approval.
2) Client make 30% deposit or L/C at sight normally after receiving our PI. 3) Client approve our Pre-production sample, and get the testing report if any necessary
4) Client approve our shipping sample.
5) Arrange shipment.
6) Supplier arrange necessary documents and send copy of these documents to you.
7) Client finish the balance payments.
8) Supplier send original documents or telex release the goods.

2.Can you send samples for reference?
We are happy to send you samples for inspection. Samples are free, but you may need to pay the courier fee.

3. How to confirm the quality with us before start to produce?
1) You can get a free sample and choose from it, and then we make the quality according to that.
2) Send us your samples, and we make the product according to your quality.

4. How to solve the quality problems after sales?
1) Take photos of the problems and send to us.
2) Take videos of the problems and send to us.
3) Send back the physical problem products by express to us.
4) After we comfirmed the problems, we will draw up the satisfied proposal for you within three days.
