The 2020 Latest Version Full Automatic Disposable Surgical Medical Nonwoven Face Mask Making Machine Ear Loop Face Mask is composed of one set of planar face mask machine, one set of feeding machine and two sets of ear loop machines, and processes are automatically completed, including the cloth’ edge folding/ covering, nose-bridge bars’ quantitative cutting/positioning, through the conveyor, face masks are conveyed to two external ear loop machines, the ear loops’ welding & forming by the ultrasonic, the counting, the final products’ discharging, and the packaging.

Raw materials:
1. 2-layer non-woven-cloth mask: Non-woven cloth, nose-bridge bar, ear loop.
2. 3-layer non-woven-cloth mask, Non-woven cloth, nose-bridge bar, ear loop and the filtering cotton (filter paper).
3. 4-layer non-woven-cloth mask: Non-woven cloth, nose-bridge bar, ear loop, the filtering cotton (filter paper) and the
active-carbon cloth.
