Product Description
MV-2000VC is akindof 150ºC temperature-resistgrade irradiation cross-linking low-halogen fire retardant polyolefin compound. It consists of a polyolefin base containing environmentally friendly flame retardant, antioxidant, lubricant, etc., processed by mixing, plasticizing and then pelletizing. MV-2000VC has excellent fire retardant properties which can meet the requirements of the VW-1 Flame Test in UL1581 and SingleVertical Flame Test in IEC 60332-1. It can be mainly used in UL3321 wires, and so on.

Processing
MV-2000VC has high liquidity and good processing performance, can be well processed using a low compression ratio (1.2 ~ 1.8) screw. PVC screw can also be used, but should be equipped with an adequate barrel thermoregulation; Polyethylene screw is not advisable. The above temperatures are for reference only. But the melting temperature should not exceed 150ºC. Radiation dose:12~14 MradMV-2000VC can be extruded by squeeze die but also squeeze tube die.
MV-2000VC includes black and natural color. Users are free to add color master-batches to natural color material. The suggested weight ratio is 1.5% or so.
Storage
These compounds must be stored under the following conditions:closed and undamaged bagsambient temperature does not exceed 45ºCavoid direct exposure to sunlight and weatheringshelf life:12 months.Package
To be packed in aluminum foil bag inside and kraft paper bags outside, 25kg net each; or damp-proof cabinets on pallet, 1000kg net each.
