Machine Description

BY-11 inner ear loop welding making machine is made for attaching elastic band and side tapes onto blank masks by ultrasonic sealing. BY-11 features robust aluminum alloy structures, PLC control, automatic ultrasonic sealing, automatic nonwoven fabric folding, elastic band cutting and mask finishing stacking.

BY-11 inner ear loop sealing machine requires 2 operators, one is to load blank masks manually and the other one is to collect mask finishing from conveyor. The mask finishing can be stacked on the conveyor and amount of stacking can be adusted from its digital control panel. Also this inner ear loop sealing machine can be conbined with BY-10 mask blank machine to turn them to a full production line. We suggest you purchase BY-26, that is one blank mask machine plus 2 ear loop sealing machines, ie 1+2, then it is fully automatical production line, the capacity could reach to 120pcs/min, and this would save labor cost significantly.
