Machine Description

BY-27 inner ear loop face mask making machine is a full production line, it is conbined with one blank face mask machine and one inner ear loop face mask welding machine which made for attaching elastic band and side tapes onto blank masks by ultrasonic sealing. BY-27 features robust aluminum alloy structures, PLC control, automatic ultrasonic sealing, automatic nonwoven fabric folding, elastic band cutting and mask finishing stacking.

BY-27 inner ear loop face mask machine requires 1 operators to collect mask finishing from conveyor. The mask finishing can be stacked on the conveyor and amount of stacking can be adusted from its digital control panel.
