New Type Lime Kiln
This type kiln with a single cylinder shaft has the advantages of simple structure,which is easy to building compared with the other type of kiln kiln.coal is mixed with limestone,which is beneficial to the uniform calcination of lime.The limestone is discharged with the rotary distributor in the kiln,making the limestone arranged in the kiln, with the same section of the kiln.Using induced fan with patented technology of the computer for the air supply system makes the combustion more fully and evenly, effectively which solve the "lime over-burnt or udders-intered ", to get save energy,high quality and active lime to meet the use of calcium carbide, steel, sintering and other requirements.Using the disc type ash discharging machine and the two section sealing valve ash machine can keep wind well.Loading limestone,mixing limestone , supplying air, gas supplying, ash unloading are completed by the computer automation control.Equipment is simple, easily operation, small floor area.
Introducing Our Lime Shaft Kiln Vertical
Our new type lime shaft kiln vertical developed by our company has different series in capacity from 100TPD to 500TP,and got the advantages of lower investment, more environment friendly and more energy-saving, also the built-in intelligent control system could solve the problems of bad quality, high energy consumption, serious pollution, dusty condition, etc. Our new type vertical lime kiln has applications in many industries such as steel plant, chemical industry, electrolytic aluminum and we've got the positive feedbacks from our valued clients. We have built nearly 200 sets lime kilns in size of Φ5.3x26.5M(580m3) in China and over 30 sets in the South-east, South Asia, South America and Mid-east market, such as Indonesia, Vietnam, India, Colombia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and other countries. Characteristics of kiln body structure
1.Kiln body was round, effective height of about 23.8 meters, the effective diameter of 5.3 meters inside. The outer layer of the kiln body is a kiln shell with a steel structure.Three layers of 9 thermocouples are respectively arranged on the 3 different heights of the kiln body, and the temperature of the different regions of the kiln is respectively measured in order to adjust the temperature of the kiln in time. At the bottom of the kiln kiln bottom device is installed, the kiln bottom device comprises 6 nozzle, air supply to ensure combustion air throughout the kiln section of the uniform feeding, in addition to the installation of a discharging mechanism, to ensure the finished lime kiln in uniform discharge.2.With the PLC operation system .It can greatly reduce the labor intensity of the workers, and improve the quality of lime calcination by the way of feeding, mixing, calcination and ash discharging auto .3.Calcining principle of mixed burning shaft kiln.The solid fuel (coke or anthracite) is uniformly mixed with the qualified stone,are distributed by the rotary distributor in the kiln,Under the action of self gravity, through the pre-heat, calcination, cooling, and finally burned into qualified finished lime.In the calcination zone, the two secondary air combustion of the coke or anthracite in the mixture and the cooling lime at the bottom of the kiln to produce heat, the temperature of the calcined belt is 1100 to 1250 degrees, and the lime is calcined.Due to the auxiliary combustion air pipe, ensure each point temperature is uniform, thus ensuring a uniform temperature of the kiln.
Process introduction of Our Lime Shaft Kiln Vertical
Limestone and coal are transported to the plant, after being sieved, this two kinds of material are mixed together with a fixed ratio, the mixture will be lifted to the top of lime kiln.When the limestone goes down in the kiln, it will be preheated by the gas from the bottom. The gas will be cooled by the raw limestone that the temperature of exhausted gas will be as low as 120ºC, so the heat can be reused very well. The thickness of kiln body is 1m,and the temperature of the kiln shell can be less than 40ºC, which is the minimum heat radiation performance. There are 4 thermocouples in total that are placed in different levels to monitor the calcination situation inside the kiln, and if there is any problem it will indicate it and give an alarm. The limestone will be fully calcinated when it falls down because our kiln has enough height to fulfill the calcination process. After calcination the lime will get cooled by the air from the bottom, the temperature of discharged lime can be less than 50ºC. So the heat brought by product also is reserved inside the kiln. This is the reason why our heat consumption can be as low as 850Kcal/kg. Then the waste gas will be treated by bag filter, so the emission will match the requirement of regulations. The system is operated in minus pressure, so there will not be any pollution in the plant.All the motors in procerss control will be controlled by frequency converter, it's very easy to operate in DCS control system.
All the system only need three person in one shift: one person for truck loader driver, one for DCS control operator and one for maintain patrol.Process flow
