Dura-Shred's two shaft shredders are designed with an aggressive low RPM, high torque shredding technology. The shredder blade thickness ranges from 25 mm to 152 mm (1"-6") depending on the type of tires, throughput, and desired end product. The biggest shredder can process different kind of tires, metal, plastic, wood etc., the biggest capacity can be up to 20 Ton/h.
Environmental Compliance:
Air System included Cyclone and filtration system are also included. There are no harmful pollutants generated or released in the shredding process. Any fiber or rubber that accumulates outside of the equipment can be disposed.Human Resource Requirement:
The tire shredding recycling plant can be run by 5-10 people per shift( Decided by different system) .
