This assembly line is applicable to the slot-type and hook-type armature of the micro-motor, and is composed by automatic end plate insertion machine, automatic insulation paper insertion machine, automatic commutator insertion machine, auto commutator cutting machine, auto winding machine, auto welding machine, automatic wedge insertion machine( or wedge ring insertion machine), automatic testing machine, along with a pneumatic conveyor. When the armature is displaced on the line, the line will process the armatures according the setting parameters and corresponding technique. Independently operate each of machines on the line, such as setting, operation, acousto-optical alarm functions.Function and Features
