Belt sideways movement is usually occurred in the process of conveying bulk materials in mining site, power plants and ports. CK alignment idler is the ideal correcting device to solve the problems caused by non-design and non-manufacture reasons and has been used widely across the conveying industry.The central pivot has been refined to two side roller pivots. By connecting them with crank link enables two side rollers rotate flexibly and simultaneously and limits the idlers' rotary angle. Hiding the link beneath the bottom frame, other devices can remain normal operation. It is the ideal belt tracker for conveyor for its light weight, good sealing, low rotary resistance, long service life, strong ability of correction, stable operation.
