We sell manganese ore beneficiation plant, mainly refers to manganese ore 0-10mm;10-30mm;30-50mm
Introduction:
This process adopts jigger machine to concentrate Manganse oxide. Due to Jigger machine can concentrate Max 50mm size, so 50-100mm does not exist in the finished product.

The production capacity is designed 10 tons per hour. As The Primary jaw crusher can receive max 210mm size, so before jaw crusher, we use a heavy duty vibrating screen to take away material which is bigger than 210mm. Material is crushed by primary crusher, secondary crusher, then separated by screen to 3 different size: 30-50mm; 10-30mm; 0-10mm. The three sizes goes to 3 different kind jigger machine, after concentrate, getting concentrate in 3 different size. The finished produce is dehydrated by screen, and transported by belt conveyor to pile.

All machine capacity is 10tons per hour, expect the 2LTC-912/4A Jigger machine(20-30tons per hour, 30-50mm feeding size, as we do not have small model when process such size);
