1.5 oz E Glass fiberglass chopped strand mat is a random fiber mat that provides equal strength in all directions and is used in a variety of hand lay-up and open-mold applications. It is compatible with unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy and phenolic resins. It is available in variety of weights and width to suit specific applications.
Application:
It is uniformly bounded by powder or emulsion binder applying for hand lay-up,RTM continous moulding etc.
Mainly suitable for UP resin,vinyl ester resin,such various sheets and panel,boat hulls,bath tubs,cooling towers,anti-corrosion,vehicles etc.

Properties:
1.Even tickness moderated rigidness.
2.Easy wet out and impregnation.
3.Filament have outstanding anti-wash ability and easy wet out and impregnationg excellent process ability in moulded parts,applying for diversity moulding and processing.
4.Specially in opened moulding and closed moulding.
5.Excellent mechanical strength during production of finished product.
