2.Double Heads Puller:
A. It applies to pull the aluminum profiles for extrusion press, especially to the production of
aluminum profiles with fast speed for extrusion line.
B. It can effectively eliminate rippling, deformation and false joint, etc occuring in extrusion of
aluminum profiles.
C. The minimum length requested at initial operation is only 6 meters, largely lifting the feasibility
of modifying the equipment installed in the plant.
D. Install the fly sawing on the first puller head to cut on the profile stop marks or welding marks, in this way reduce the profile waste.
E. Double puller not needs to re-arrange the next extrusion time according to the no billet time in each cycle.
F. For the limitation of the running table 18m, maximum extrusion speed ≤35m/min.
G. The maximum return speed 220m/min.
H. Matching non extrusion time (invalid time: 14 seconds), In continuous production time within the extruder, extrusion machine tractor affect productivity, which is not allowed to wait for the tractor returned from happening.

3. Single puller:

Single Puller applies to pull any models and any aluminum profiles due to its firm structure and good stability.
A. It is suitable for special extrusion profiles of non-twisting. After pulling profiles tightly ,

it will not easily deformed.
B. If there are small profiles, saw table can automatically cut several times in one cycle of
extruding from extrusion press.
C. If there are big profiles, saw table cuts once and gripper returns once after several cycles
of extruding from extrusion press.
