2. Pressure 3~20kPa, Pressure changing rate ≤ 1kPa/ min

3. H2S ≤ 200mg/ Nm³

4. NH3 ≤ 20mg/ Nm³

5. CH4 content ≥ 40%, changing rate ≤ 2%/ min

6. Impurity particle size ≤ 5μm, impurity content ≤ 30mg/ Nm³

7. Moisture content ≤ 40g/ Nm³
