Instruction
HL-1600C is a new designed aerosol filling machine on the base of 1600A.It is the most advanced semi-automatic type.It consisted of five parts.two liquid filling machine,one crimping machine,two gas filling machine. This machine also can equipped with automatic bottle feeder and packing table.
It use pneumatic cylinders to push the bottle instead of the manual work.It has two working model:manually intermittent filling and automatic intermittent filling, intermittent time is adjustable, very flexible and efficient.
Double liquid filling system: Can filling two different kinds liquid materials , such as white color and black color spray paint, body spray and air fresher spray, Easy for cleaning / washing.
Double gas filling system:Can filling 2 different kinds of propellants,LPG,butane ,propane, freon,DME are liquid phasepropellant ; CO2,Nitrogen,compressed air are vapor phase propellant.
Filling one gas via twice filling also can improve the filling capacity.
Sweet reminders: All of our semi-automatic machine adopts compressed air as drive, no electricity, anti-explosion, safe And reliable.The motive power of our semi-automatic aerosol filling machine is compressed air. The customers need equip with an air compressor whose air displacement is 1.2 M3 and pressure is 0.8 Mpa.
