Cable Barrier
A Cable Barrier,also known as cable guardrail,or wire rope safety barrier(WRSB),is a type of roadside or median safety traffic barrier/guard rail.It consists of pre-tensioned steel wire ropes mounted on posts that are driven into the ground. This barrier system composed with chiefly hot dipped galvanized three,four,five or six high tensile steel wire ropes,steel posts and terminals offering excellent rust resisting and corrosion resisting property.
Cable Barrier System is a flexible guard railing system to provide good safe guard by capturing or redirecting errant vehicles. It contain and redirect errant vehicles by preventing the vehicles from crossing the barrier or deflecting back into the traffic flow. It is designed to absorb the energy of an impact, minimising injury to passengers and damage to vehicles. It prevents a vehicle that has left roadway from striking another vehicle.The barrier stops or reduces the speed of the impacting vehicle.

ZQGL have successfully passed the Cable Barrier Crash Test conducted by the Traffic Engineering Research and Testing Center of the Ministry of Transport, and been subsequently awarded the "Permit for the Mass Production of Traffic Products".The 19-20 mm 3x7 (6 lines) cable connectors can take impact loads up to 48 tons!



ZQGL has an annual output of 5,000 tons of highway cable barriers. The Company also supply posts in various shapes ( U type / Round type / Rectangle type ) and post caps, offset blocks, bolts and nuts, cable anchors and other accessories in connection with cable barriers.
