WORKING PRINCIPLE
The material is fed evenly into the grinding chamber by the feed system, which is strongly influenced by the rotating high-speed grinding wheel.
At the same time, it is subjected to centrifugal force and collides with the grinding gear. It is exposed to various comprehensive forces such as shear, friction and collision until the finished grinding.
The ground material moves with the air flow into the classification zone.
The classifier is set by frequency conversion, separates the coarse and fine materials, the product that meets the fineness requirement enters the cyclone collector and dust collector with the airflow, and the coarse powders return to the classification zone, secondary grinding.
