Aluminum aerosol cans is produced by a piece aluminum slug to extrusion- trimming-cleaning-internal lacquering-lacquer drying-base coating-printing-vanishing-necking processes into a finished products. Some products don't need to be internal lacquering or printed.

We have the complete range production line mode and the most common production line size is from φ35mm toφ53mm diameter. And others production line size from φ22mm to φ35mm and from φ53mm to φ66mm. The main line parts: XR01-350 horizontal extruder, XR02 trimming machine, XR03 cleaning machine, XR05 Internal lacquering machine, XR06 lacquer drying, XR 07 accumulator, XR08 base coating machine, XR09 six-colour printing machine, XR 08 Varnishing machine, XR12 Oven and XR14 Necking machine is the full automatic line from A-Z automatic control. There are two methods to heating the oven : Electrical and Gas which depends on the customers' requirement. The full line length: 70 meters, Height: 6.5 meters, Width: 4 meters, 5 workers to operation the full line., 24-hour continuous production, the normal production speed: 100-120 cans/min. The normal cans size: φ35mm,φ40mm,φ45mm,φ50mm,φ53mm and so on.
