[1] Cast iron round plates are used for work inspection, worktables for machine tools such as boring mills, etc.;
[2] Cored and ribbed construction of these cast iron round plates maintain the high accuracy and avoid distortion;
[3] Flatness accuracies of cast iron round plates is of Grade I, II, and III as per DIN 876 Standard and T-slots as per DIN 650 Standard can be offered;
[4] Twice Annealing heat treatments of these cast iron round plates completely relieve the internal stress and can ensure the plates to have stable accuracy in a long time;
[5] High-density, high-strength and close grained grey cast iron GG20, GG25 or GG30 made. Nodular cast iron or steels can be also used on request;
[6] Sizes are always made to custom request.
